Hydro-Slotting Perforation (HSP): Our Core Technology
Stage 1 – Perforating System Referencing
The perforating system is run to the target depth and positioned according to GR logging data. When necessary, it may be azimuthally oriented to ensure optimal alignment for perforation.
Stage 2 – Casing Perforation
The pump unit generates the required pressure to activate the perforating system. Cutting discs then cut through the casing, utilizing plastic deformation to create longitudinal slots.
Stage 3 – Cavern Formation
Nozzles, operating under a pressure of 15 MPa, direct high-pressure jets to wash away the cement sheath and surrounding rock and form filtration channels and caverns, improving the fluid inflow capacity of the well and enhancing production efficiency.
